Fee Payment Schedule

‍Payment Deadline
‍Course fees are due upon acceptance and must be paid well in advance of the course commencement date to allow sufficient time for visa processing.

‍Account Status
‍Student accounts must remain in credit at all times.

‍Payment Options
‍You may pay the full course fee in advance, or arrange for two payment instalments.

The course fees include the core elements of your professional training:

• Theory Instruction
• Flight Training
• Initial Flight Tests (one attempt included)
• Pilot Logbook
• Airways and Landing Fees
• Course Materials
• Initial Examination Fees (one attempt included)

‍Additional Costs (Not Covered) 
The following expenses are not covered by the course fees and must be budgeted for separately:

• Headset and Uniform
• Aviation Manuals, Charts, and required Equipment
• Medical (CAANZ Class 1)
• Travel/Medical Insurance
• Accommodation and Wireless Internet
• Initial Visa costs and subsequent renewals
• Travel to/from/within New Zealand
• Exam and Flight Test Fees (subsequent to the initial attempt)
• Any additional hours flown beyond the course allocation (charged at the current aircraft rate)
• Printing/Photocopying (beyond normal theory materials)
• Inflight Monitoring and Agent fees
