We're excited to introduce Thomas Piercy, who recently joined the Nelson Aviation College team as our Flight Operations Officer.
Thomas brings a wealth of experience and passion to NAC, and we're thrilled to have him on board.
Thomas's aviation journey began in 2014 when he embarked on his flight training. After completing his training in 2016, he gained valuable experience as an instructor before finding his way to NAC. As Flight Operations Officer, Thomas oversees daily flight operations with a focus on long-term objectives.
He is responsible for ensuring safety, managing resources, and providing support to both instructors and students.
He believes in taking a holistic approach, balancing daily needs with the broader vision and goals of the College.
Thomas understands the challenges inherent in flight training and is dedicated to providing support and guidance to each student.
He believes in fostering a supportive learning environment where individual needs are met, and students feel empowered to succeed.Thomas's passion for aviation and commitment to student success are evident in his approach to flight operations.
He's a valuable addition to the NAC team, and we are confident that he will make a significant contribution to the College and our students.
